Q. Are you an authorized dealership?
A. Yes, we are an authorized Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Hyundai, Jeep, Lincoln, RAM, Scion and Toyota dealership.
Q. What happens if you send me the wrong part?
A. If you are sent the wrong part due to our error we will send out the correct replacement with a return label inside the package to return the incorrect part.
Q. What happens if I order the wrong part?
A. If the part is incorrect due to your error then the item is non-returnable.
Q. How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
A. The typical delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Q. What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
A. If your item is eligible for return or exchange you can email or call us and we will then determine the best way to help.
Q. What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
A. The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. In the instance that you receive a damaged part you must call OEMPartsQuick.com customer service at 1-888-743-9375 and state such, as well as file a claim with UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Once the damaged part has been returned for inspection, we will either credit you or send you a replacement part of your choice.
Q. What is a VIN and why do I need it?
A. Your Vehicle Identification Number tells us everything about your vehicle, from engine codes to interior color to the day it was built. To ensure you order the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, we recommend entering your VIN number into our search bar when ordering.
Q. Where can I find my vin?
A. The easiest place to find your vehicle's VIN is on your insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration, on the driver's door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side.
Q. Do you ship outside the US?
A. No we do not.
Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
A. No we do not.
Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
A. We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.
Q. Can I track my package?
A. Yes, once your package ships out you will receive an email with the tracking information. Track your order.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Q. How do you protect my credit card information?
A. We use a secure checkout process to ensure your information is safe and protected.
Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
A. You can email us using the Contact Us page or giving us a call at (888) 743-9375 before it ships.
Q. Do I need to have an account to order a part?
A. You do not need an account to place an order
Q. Do you offer a warranty on parts and accessories?
A. Any part that is defective from the factory has a 12-month warranty. This warranty does not cover any normal maintenance items or damages resulting from misuse, accident, or modifications.
Q. How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?
A. We only sell Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. As long as these are installed as indented by the manufacturer and per VIN they will not affect the warranty.
Q. How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?
A. To ensure you're getting the correct parts and accessories for your vehicle, provide your VIN when placing your order. We will manually check your order for fitment and accuracy.

Q. Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?
A. We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts because they were designed specifically for your vehicle. Most automakers also back up their OEM parts with a one-year warranty. And if you get your car repaired at the dealership, they'll usually stand by their labor as well.
Aftermarket parts on the other hand can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance. An aftermarket part is any part or accessory for a vehicle that isn’t sourced from the car's maker.
Q. How do I tell if the part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?
A. The driver's side of the vehicle is the left side and the passenger's side is the right side.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Only orders placed in Ohio will be charged sales tax.

A. We do not take any over the phone orders, but we will be glad to help you find the correct part number over the phone.
